Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    This subject has been debated and beat to death, both by members and mods alike. Contributors are going to continue to use whichever provocative terms are at their disposal to generate views and likes. It's the nature of advertising. When we're talking about Instagram, exceptions to the rule are very rare, so it's pointless to assume otherwise. One should approach these topics with common sense expectations to avoid unnecessary disappointment. That way, when exceptions do arise, it makes them far more surprising and enjoyable.
