but in all seriousness they had issues. We were a free wheeling place back in the old days. and flaming was tolerated, we wanted to expand and they didn't manage to be able to convert to the new forum format of being a friendlier place. The flaming was getting out of hand so after repeated warnings they got the boot. I figure getting rid of 1 bad apple is better than having that 1 bad apple cause 10 other people from joining. We had well respected members leave here because of them and so i told them to leave. the ones that didn't i showed the door.

You know, I lurked around this forum for quite some time before I joined it. I can remember the shity comments flying around everywhere, especially in the vid forum. They post the vid and only pm the password to whoever they thought worthy. All other people would beg for it, the person that posted would say "you got 100 post and you expect the password?" I never gave a shit myself because I don't download vids, not that I don't like them it just takes to much bandwidth (I am at work you know). Anyway, it is a much better forum now than it was back then :2cent: I'm glad "the big change" took place.

Going pretty good. In and out, mornings are always much more busy than afternoons. Yes, azz (don't take this wrong azz, just the way it was) used to truely be an ass - but I see why now. He had to do what he had to do to get the bad attitudes out of here.

 

morning gents. And Bama the forum turned more into a click than a true sharing forum. The problem started when the vid guys started telling the picture posting guys that they had to start share 10 icture threads before they get to ask for 1 video download link etc. It started becoming a constant battle between who was worthy or not. I am not saying the forum is perfect but it is getting there. The other mods and I are always tinkering with it.

So you two guys working hard? Yesterday was my laid back day so today i am sure it will be back to the grind.

 

Yes it was - why I didn't give a shit about reading any comments, I only looked at the pictures. Like I said, yes it is a much friendlier place now.

Not to awful bad, but I do have to jump off now to take care of a whinnie ass "I can't print" God, sometimes these people get on my last nerve.

There's about 1500 employees here, I've got several of them I work with. For the most part it's not that there stupid, they're just to damn lazy to look for the obviouse before they call you - you know the "that's not my job" thing.
