    well we thought dove season was over till yesterday, storms and cold fronts up in oklahoma have really pushed the last of them down here in our area, they're moving in huge groups right now, and i don't get to boss anyone around, just work with them:)

    Yeah, I really don't boss people around either. I kinda got the responsibity of technical supervisor but not the title. I've been here for 14 years, 8 or 9 years longer than the other technical people in my dept. so my boss expects me to keep things running with the aide of the others but yet I can't get on their ass when they don't do something the way I want it done.

    actually, i seem to be moving further down the food chain because of my mouth, apparently my female supervisor does not care to be called a bitch, i'd probably be out of a job if my clients weren't always pleased with the work they get:)
