    I wouldn't wish to pre-empt Spider's explanation for his disapproval, Jeff, and I shouldn't need to remind you that these banners are not frivolous, and need to be earned.
    For example, in the case of the "Favorite Lunatic" banner it is of course important that a candidate meets both of the specified characteristics? :)
