    Well i don't feel really sorry for the guy, cause he was abusive to his wife and kids going back as far as i can remember, but i like my cousins and aunt so i feel bad cause they miss him. I'll probably take a few days off after thanksgiving to see him again.

    No you can't and yes better watch your weight and salt intake. It just started a couple of years ago with me and I have been able to control it by watching what I eat - he lately, not so lucky.

    Yeah, i am 30, gotta start taking better care of myself. I do have 2 backpacking trips next summer to go on, so i gotta get in better shape myself.

    Not yet, that's what I'm afraid of. I average 117/84 through the entire weekend and every a.m. when I wake up - I average 140/100 everyday when I first get home from work - wife wants me to get a new job but I've got to much time invested here, who knows?
