    Umm....It says I can only DL a html file, not a wmv. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Depends on what you download it with. If it gives you problems just remove the .html off the end.

    I tried both firefox & IE, removed the cookie for auto download, & tried again to dl. It said they were uploaded as html files. Would you please triple check your rapidshare account? If it's only on my end I will deal with it. Thanks for your help and for your other awesome uploads!

    Downloaded yesterday and got the same thing. Use FireFox and it d/l's as an html file.

    Can't you just trim off the .html on your post?

    This confused me with Flashget a while ago - thought I'd downloaded a virus or something when all I got was a page of jumbled letters instead of a video.

    If you have already downloaded a video this way, just uncheck the 'Hide extensions for known file types..' in the TOOLS, FOLDER OPTIONS, VIEW menu and then rename the video so it has .avi at the end of it.

    Then as if by magic it will become the video you so crave.

    Or just trim the bloody html off the post and save everyone the trouble.:D

    It doesn't matter what it says when you are downloading it as long as the file doesn't come up as 5KB. Once you have the files just delete the html off the end or open it in a proper Media Player.

    And trimming html off the links before downloading does not make these link to the proper file that's why I have not done that. Messing with links is why people often get file not found when the file does exist.
