    yeah is pretty fun, there's a shitload of people in the house at one time so it can get crazy but all in all it's pretty good. all the guys usually end up in the living room drinking beer watching the ball games while the women are cleaning up.

    we have a bar in work, the place used to be a carpenters workplace and they built a huge mahogany bar for a pub and then went bust. when we moved in we assembled the bar in the open area at the offices and stocked it fully. it's pretty excellent.

    New Years Day
    Memorial Day
    Independence Day
    Labor Day
    Thanksgiving Day
    Christmas Day

    There are many other that's not considered "major" Halloween, Mother's Day, Father's Day, so on .... Don't really know why but yes there is a lot of holidays in the states
