Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     there is a rule against posting underage girls. since it was in the celeb and not salacious in nature it is purely a moderator's judgement call. Some things there are no written rules about but we still have to use our judgement on. This is one such case. ;)
