How do i download this video? everytime i go on the host and i click on download it says i have exceeded my quota?

 

So what does that have to do with with the host I chose? I don't know how it works for everyone, but I can catch a download from anywhere that's hosting, regardless of what account I may or may not have. And aside from that, the comment was totally unnecessary. If a member requests anything from me, whether it be a reup or loaded on a different host etc., I would gladly do it and already have. That wasn't a request.......
