    Interesting. This place does procedures such as breast enhancements, face lifts, lip augmentation, and butt lifts for several famous celebrities, including the Kardashians and Lady Gaga. But they also do minor cosmetic procedures as well.

    It mist have been either an inside tip or someone who somehow managed to recognise her arriving, as i am sure she'd have covered up going in as well. We'llhave to wait and see how long before her next public appearance

    Alternatively it's a medical facility that already requires a mask. So she (unsuccessfully) hoped she could go full incognito. As was said earlier, probably a tip-off for some cash. Hope it was worth it, bet she's furious
