    Was down with the flu Friday-Monday, though I did make it into work for a half day Monday. Today I feel almost human, still clearing some congestion but far happier.

    Ugh, pollen. Luckily I'm not sensitive to it, this is a terrible area for it--I've met tons of people who never had a problem until they moved here, and after a year or two developed really bad allergies. Luckily I'm 10 years in with no problems so far (knock on wood...).

    The shit gets so bad along the shoreline of "my lake", that it looks like you could walk on the yellow. I don't have any allergies (thankfully).
