    I like her a lot, but The Peripheral just isn't a very good show. I've only watched this long because of her and there's only 2 episodes left.

    Where to begin? It's overly confusing, the characters are barely introduced, the accents are atrocious, especially the "bad guys", they say pretentious phrases like "I've said all I know about her whereabouts. And now our tea has grown unpalatably tepid." The special effects are green screen and CGI mediocrity at best. Is it the future? Is it the past? What the heck is going on? I couldn't even finish the book because of all these reasons.

    But Chloe. I could watch her in anything.

    For years now her career has been on a real nosedive. She is a fantastic actor but chooses really, really bad projects. Some are laughably bad. Dunno if it's her or her agent but she has made a ton of bad decisions. What could have been a stellar career is pretty much spiralling at this point.

    Thirded, also I think it's one of the very few times that a brother/sister or friends relationships are shown as semi realistic (semi due to the setting and plot) adults who still manage to be goofy in an endearing kind of way.
