Really? Exhausting? You realise that the rest of the world works every day for a living? They do 8 weeks of shoots followed by two weeks of press and get paid more than most do in decades, or even a lifetime.

 

While you're making a fair point, I think it's important to note that both film shoots and public events like these can be very mentally draining. Knowing that you're making a shit ton of money might be rationally very calming but our brain/psyche doesn't really work rationally.

I've worked 16 hours shifts, worked without a day of for months at a time. I've filmed shoots and sat at an editing bay. Nothing about what they do is really tiring never mind very mentally draining.

And if someone said to me, I will give you five million if you spend 6 to 8 weeks making a movie then one to two weeks doing press. I would be fine. Tip top even. Remember, the money some of these people make is more than all of us can make in a lifetime, and they can do this two or three times a year. I don't feel sorry for anyone making a fortune for really easy work.

the women at the top of the tree are some of the hardest working females on the planet.

the strength, resilience, discipline and bravery to perform at that level and reach that level of perfection (and in the brightest spotlight!) is truly breathtaking. they are pretty much superhuman.

women recognise it, that's why they celebrate/Worship them. more men should too quite frankly.

But sure, millinaire actresses definitely work harder than ER nurses doing 30 hour shifts or teachers in todays schools, or social workers, or a farmer, or a police officer, fire fighter, astronaut....
