    Given that they've already done weird things with the plot (like creating new characters and making one of the main characetrs from the books into a just a memory), I don't have high hopes, but I will be watching purely for her.

    It kind of is. The books are about a family of witches and the spirit/demon/whatever that haunts them, seduces them, and ordchestrates incestuous unions among them. He eventually has sex with the main character, ends up possessing her unborn child, and then he is born as her son and eventual (again) lover. Anne Rice, everyone... Anne Rice. Curious how much will make it to screen.

    Yeah, between Michael not being in the show at all (reportedly he's renamed to a different char and only shows up in flashbacks) I'm not sure how she even gets pregnant. I suspect the show will be very different from the books!

    I read the long summary of these books. LOTS of stuff like that happens in them. Anne Rice had a very active imagination in the best and worst ways!

    Depends on the show, show runner & service.

    Witcher-S2, Altered Carbon-S2 all 100% dropped nudity after having a ton in their first seasons.
    House of the Dragon had nudity but entirely by extras and not from the main female cast.
    The Boys has biblical amounts of violence but zero female nudity despite plenty being in the comic.
