    The movie doesn't look great based on the trailers, but she looks good. You never know, it might be great, though when they push this hard to tell you how great it is, it usually isn't really.

    i enjoyed it, but i also adore margot and love her work since she's super nice whenever i've met her...

    babylon definitely won't be enjoyed by everyone and it's 3 hours long but it was a good time/entertaining flick imho

    Yeah i get the distinct feeling the studio doesnt have faith in the product for the award season. Around 60 from critics in the same ballpark as Amsterdam. 180+ minutes sounds a bit ecxessive Could it open up the road to awards for Oppenheimer?

    It sucks that they're really pushing the SEX! DRUGS! DEBAUCHERY! angle hard with this movie, but Margot doesn't even get naked in the film. She has a one-second flash of her right tit in one brief scene, but her face isn't in the shot so people are saying its a body double.

    Depending on one's point of view, Margot has either come a long way from her Wolf of Wall Street full frontal nudity days, or she's regressed terribly in the other direction. :lol:

    Nolan is the most overhyped filmaker around. He uses really boring tricks to make highly polished garbage.

    Outside of The Dark knight and parts of BB he is pretty bad.

    hwd jams all these big names into a film and it rarely works, her last 5 films were flops, barbie is next, aimed at who... kidults

    she needs a rough indy film right now, no glitz

    Totally agree. Star studded "cameo" movies usually forego plot for stars. Especially when the only thing the trailer shows is reviews and how "great" critics think the movie is. I guess they're not confident enough about the plot to reveal that in the trailer.
