    those are '90s wide leg, not '70s bell bottoms. '70s bell bottoms were tight up high and flared out from the knees down. Best ones were the hip hugger butt crack bell bottoms from about '74.
    Ah, mona lisa hair with a peek-a-boo crotche'd knit tube top and lowrider bell bottoms and some hemp rope sandals. Maybe a few bangles here and there.
