Logically I know you guys are right, of course. I'm not the sort to dwell on coulda, shoulda, woulda... But I'm a little insane at the moment.

I don't think the guy was drunk, at least he didn't appear to be when I got to the scene (thank god for cell phones - my other roommate, who was driving and got off with only a few scratches from flying glass - called me from there as soon as he got his wits together). He was just an ignorant asshole in a hurry. If the cops weren't already there, I would have grabbed a tire iron and went after his brainless skull!!!

 

That is so fucked up, I really hope she makes it with all my heart!

The wife's got a niece that just about the same happened to - because she was so young it didn't effect her brain so bad. I think she stayed in a coma for about 2 weeks so don't freak out if she stays under for a while. The niece is 12 now and all is fine with her, she's hyper as hell but learns at the same rate as all her other classmates.

 

Okay, so it's my computer. Figures.

So how's your family doin'? I never did hear much about your trip.

 

We're all great. Trip was awsome man - great weather, water temp, and plenty of good lookin women walking around in bikini's. Played some minature golf, rode go-carts, and went to a water park with my 12 y/o son while the wife stayed with the other 2 so that was good. Other than that we stayed by the pool till about lunch, ate then went to the beach till we couldn't handle to sun anymore.

 

Man, I haven't been to the ocean in years! I used to live on a harbor in California 15 - 16 yrs ago. I miss the rhythm of the sea - very comforting. And the chicas playing volleyball in the summer.

I did go go-karting about a month go though. What a gas!! My buddy has a couple that do about 60! I'd never go that fast on one though. Call me a pussy if you want, but that's a little too fast on something that small!

I think I need to shut down and reboot my computer. I'll be right back.

 

I love the ocean as well - the wife is scared of it so she doesn't get in but all the other kids and I do. Going back sometime in August, haven't figured out exactly when yet.

I wouldn't go 60 on one either. These were at a park so they all had governors on them, not sure how fast they went but it was fast enough.

not a lcd but a transistor one, is that what you call it ??

i am so used to it, don't know what would happen
if i'd change it...

 

A regular monitor or display - they just started calling them different things when they started making new stuff. Yeah, it's very clear but it seems to distort the pages a little....don't know I'm going to have to play with my setting till I get it the way I wan't it.
