Already here. This is the problem with extra, even mods are posting in the wrong place.

 

Instagram content goes in Extra, photoshoots posted there usually have a lower resolution or the photos are cropped. Or they only post a preview. Take these photos as an example, the photos I posted are bigger but some are cropped.
The problem is people who don't know the source and just post whatever they find.

And I'm not a mod anymore, so don't worry about that.

 

I thought all reds were mods. Didn't know.
Extra is for social media and gossip. It's clear in the headline and rules post. Photoshoots are not mentioned or lower res photoshoots/cropped.
Celeb photos is the place for that and it is stated in the sub forums rules post.
Extra has had a ton of cross-posts and the rules have either been abandoned or ignored. They should be clarified, amended or enforced. Right now extra and celebs are pretty much a post-where-you-want kinda deal.
Celebs should be for what it was intended, social media posts and gossip/trivia. But even then it isn't clear because if pictures are posted and people actually gossip about the images or content then they get told to be quiet or the thread will be closed or posts deleted.

We are aware of the rules since we all had a hand in their creation. Social media posts belong in CX. Period. Just as you clarified. So, if in a situation like this, the celebrity posts pics from a shoot to their social media account, they will be posted in CX, where social media posts belong. If that happens then there will naturally be cross posting when the actual photoshoot gets posted in CP where photoshoots belong. Yucon just said that. I dont think there is anyone on the staff that doesn't know about your dislike of CX. You have been railing against it since it's inception and years later it's still here. Its not going anywhere and the rules of what should be posted where are clear as you pointed out.

CX was also created to be an area better suited to debates, conversation and gossip. So, while some commentary is acceptable in CP, discussions and debate are generally frowned upon there. Im not going to debate back and forth about the rules or their validity. If you want to do that yet again then create a thread about it in the proper section as you have done more than once in the past.
