    I always see great thumbnails for these insta vids and then as soon as I zoom in it's always just horrible compressed quality :(

    Insta needs better video quality!

    I would say mostly the lighting and whatever filters have been applied to this vid is a big factor, but yeah, they could do with upping the bitrate on insta. Seems like tiktok has much better video quality.
