That was actually one of my issues. Started renovations at my house in may, payed € 3.450 for my architect, built 2 extra rooms on second floor and expanded some 60 m² on the ground level.
Then got visit from city administration, informed me the contractor used the wrong kind of bricks (hollow ones instead of solid ones ). Had to break down the 2 side walls, support the building and redo it with solid brick-work. First contractor doesn't want to take responsability so went to another ... costed me € 9.500.
I sued the first contractor and my architect for liability and professional negligence ... first apperance in september.
Then around 2 weeks ago Tax Adm. gave me notice that since I had improved my house it's market value was up € 50.000 so they would have to raise my annual tax on buildings from € 850 to € 1.150.

Was planning it for 7 years but since I got a persistent viral infection on the lungs for some months now and can't get rid of it I'm urged to do so. Was coughing up some strange shit in the morning (sorry don't have pics).

Hey guys... a friend of mine kept pigeons (or his dad did) and they eat hemp seed which is treated so it won't grown into weed. Anyways clearly one batch wasn't because around the feeding area didn't some of the biggest canabis plants grow.

We were only like 15 at the time but it was some phun!

Fucking contractors are a shifty breed, and local admins aren't much better. They try to pull that revaluation shit here all the time to fatten up their coffers, and we end up having to have votes to override the bastards.
