    Shes's not gonna get fired..The producers of Grey's Anatomy know shes right cause the show did suck last season.. She will be back next season and the show will be better.. other wise they day shes cut she will be announcing a deal with someone else for a new drama..Shes the "It" girl right now in Hollywood.

    On the other hand I still wanna see her sucking on one of them lovely boobies :D
