    Yeah, that's the pass.

    But most likely your winrar is out of date; either update winrar or use 7-zip. You'll have no problems at all.

    This is a common problem with winrar; it gets outdated pretty quickly and cannot unpack pass-protected files. For this very reason I have begun using 7-zip to unpack all files.
