    Sure, fine. No, it wasn't that funny to begin with. But when the parries become just punch, counter punch, without added humor, it's just a bar brawl. A black eye, a punch in the nose, cuts, bruises, maybe a broken bone, & someone gets taken to the ER. This format of an unserious criticism followed by a kneejerk defense doesn't lead to entertaining the bystanders.

    That said, a single visit outpatient surgery counts as one upgrade. Unless the left & right jobs are split into two separate visits, I think that would violate the spirit of repeated upgrades that we commonly mean when talking about plastic surgeries as upgrades.
