    No, the car was snapped by an unmanned speed camera on the motorway. It takes a picture of the registration plate. Because it's a fixed penalty the process is except the charge or challenge it, She challenged it, the courts asked who was driving she refused to comply with the court she got a ban. If she had just said it was her she would of only got points on her licence and a fine.
