    The thing is her teenage years when most girls would be experimenting with their appearance and following trends (or rebelling against them) have been spent doing Stranger Things. Now she's free of that she's doing what any other girl would have been doing for the last 10 years or so. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it won't. Seems to me a bit harsh to be criticising her for it.

    Emma Watson was in that same boat, being an adolescent to teen star. But even with her dramatic hair chop I think her makeup and style decisions generally worked better.

    There's also something about her makeup and styling (and many Gen Z girls) around the lips and cheeks that doesn't always flatter.

    Add that small plastic surgery around the lips, nose, and cheeks has been fairly common and sometimes her looks... Make it seem as if she has had that work done.

    Last, I find it ironic that she is making this complaint as a beauty influencer. I get that her beauty influencer vibe has been positivity and acceptance, but she is still profiting on girl's fears and insecurities as a business/industry.

    She's presenting herself as somewhat slutty here and there. Is that her business? Oh certainly. Should she get pissed at people pointing that out? Maybe but she's not being honest with herself. JMO.

    I saw a few people reposting her video today as if it was some powerful message. She genuinely oversexualises herself. That's her choice and I am fine with however she chooses to present herself. But, she is absolutely fine with "public scrutiny" as long as it is positive and everyone think she looks gorgeous. As soon as even the mildest criticism or dislike is mentioned, victim card.

    I have no time for that kind of double standard or the simpage that fawns over those who defend it.

    So you're saying that, as a young woman, should she choose to express her sexuality she should be open to criticism which in some cases is incredibly harsh? It's not like she went full Miley or something is it? I find your point of view interesting...

    I just don't like her as a fake blonde, but the rest has done growed up real nice! Will she get criticism? Sure, that's the nature of being in Hollywood. Just don't listen to the haters and do what you want.
