Also at that point she had been in the industry for over decade so I'd say she had figured out her yes's and no's, and how to stand for herself. Same time production like True Detective, in general any hollywood(-ish) production at the time, would have had intimacy coordinators for scenes like this.

TLDR; My 5 cents is on it having been her choice to go method and embraced it.

To be fair, you can't see it on the original video of the episode. That vag shot only comes to light in the brightened up version done on the internet. I wouldn't be surprised if Alexandra doesn't even know about this shot.

Another teaser about the upcuming Olivia Wilde dominatrix movie. Hope it lives up to the expectations also it will be world premiering in the fall during the film festival season.

 

Like every time. 100% of the time when movies put out press releases about all the sex and stuff in a movie it amounts to nothing. I think marketing people have noticed if you say that, then you get a lot more exposure for free because things get posted on places like this. Giving awareness to a movie most people otherwise would have never known they exist.
