She looks off cause she got that stupid fat removal from her face which makes her look like a mutated skeleton from the neck up (and has obviously hit the Ozempic too, guess she is no longer offended by dietary stuff being promoted, if she even remembers it with her confirmed brain damage from her OD years back:( ).
