    Now that you're seeing it first hand, (and I think bama can attest to this as well) you wouldn't believe the number of shit/spam hits a site like your's, and PHUN take during the course of the day. Constant attack, and you have to have the defenses up bigtime!

    That sucks. Do you do your maint. or is there someone hosting for you? If the bots are hitting you that bad someone needs to look at where they're coming from and do some changes to your firewall. If you do it youself the Windows firewall is not even close to being good enough to block things - if it's your host you need to get on their ass and tell them to change their rules to start blocking them.

    And no, people don't have better things to do - trust me, it's a game to them just to see if they can do it or not.

    I got very lucky when I was a kid. Had all the shots of course, but I never had Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps none of that shit when I was young.

    My host is on it but they said they haven't figured it out yet.

    Some people just deserve a good tar and feathering!

    I hope it isn't too bad. I have never seen chicken pox but it doesn't sound like fun.
