Sarah doesn't seem to have aged at all - unlike JD

    Nice legs there Barbie.

Looking forward to this and hoping it doesn't suck. The first few seasons of the original were fantastic. Then, it went horribly downhill.

TV revivals are almost never good. Too much time has passed, the cast has usually aged too much and, like you said, even the original couldn't maintain the quality

I can think of maybe two TV revivals that were good. The Twin Peaks revival, which managed to be good by avoiding the standard revival trap of just being retirement home for Twin Peaks, and the Rockford Files revivals they did in the 90s, which managed to be true to the tone and spirit of the original series despite James Garner being visibly older

There are some other exceptions, especially in the animation space (which is obviously a bit different), and some (e.g., Doctor Who) that "revive" with what is essentially a quasi-reboot. That said, the revival of Daredevil is going well so far, so I'd add that one to the list of exceptions at minimum.

Probably. It wasn't an exhaustive list
Animation is the only medium, I feel, where revivals can work because the only real obstacle is the writing. So long as the actors still sound the same, or you can get replacements who sound like the original actors, the medium itself means you don't have to account for things like the cast ageing.
