    Those are confirmed to be prosthetics.
    They are several times bigger than her breast in the bed/bath scenes.

    Were people expecting her to actually breastfeed a baby? IDK why there is so much disappointment she used prosthetics for that scene, were you wanting her to have a baby and breastfeed the thing for real on camera?o_O
