    Obesity is seen as a character flaw by a lot of people, like it’s a moral failing or just a weakness. But it’s such a physiological issue, and people wouldn’t understand unless you experienced it. Hell, I didn’t understand it until I got on the shit and all the noise stopped. It’s not hunger, it’s the voice telling you eat. Satiety is a thing that’s poorly understood.
