    Alternate theory: Some actresses, not generally inclined to disrobe, may agree to do so precisely because the scene is heavy and dramatic.
    It's something they can brag about, as opposed to something gratuitous.

    I don't know if it's a body double. I do expect someone will ask her, and she'll answer, and we'll either believe her or not.
