The right script, and a lot of money

Have to wait for The Nightingale... but I don't know what to expect. I read the book (not bad), it has some sex scenes, but they could easily be shown under the sheets or even clothed.

And then there are some nude scenes that are not pleasant.

Dakota’s character has sex with her husband, then she's abused by an SS a couple of times. Elle’s character has an affair with some dude. Then she gets arrested, stripped and tortured during an interrogation. And then she's taken to a concentration camp. Not need to show them naked, tho. Again, It wouldn’t be nice to watch.

So yeah, I don't know... The project was delayed for years and was finally shot this year in a couple months. The characters lose a lot of weight, but it doesn't look like they have lost much recently, I guess it's all up to the make-up & costume depts.

Anyway, if Dakota doesn't appear naked in this one, I'd say she never will.
