Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Just to get back to where I used to be. I lost about that much over the last year. I weigh about 165 lbs but i'm just short of 6' - slim but not skinny.

    I look after all of the fuel in the region. gasoline, diesel and aviation fuel. very busy but very cool.

    I weigh the same thing I weighed when I graduated high school *ahem* 20 years ago. Only then I was a 28" waist now i'm a 33. The weight somehow rearranged itself. :( I've never been a big guy - was a lot more fit than I am now back in school when I was playing sports - working out.
