    Oh, Poker After Dark. I thought for the longest time that Teagan Presley was hosting that program, since that Hiat chick looks remarkably similar.

    I used to love watching it televised, too, but now there are dozens of shows on nearly every channel showing people playing poker. It kinda sucks now.

    And it can bugs me to no end when people say they love playing poker, yet only ever think of Texas Hold'em, and even then, they still don't know how to play it.


    Hold'em is strictly a Casino/tournament game. People need to wise up and learn that poker has at least 30 varieties of play, not just associating it with what they see on every other channel.

    That's what I know about poker. There are too many kinds. As a kid I always played 3-card draw, which everyone said was wimpy, so I gave up on it. :(

    I'm still partial to 5 card draw. It was the first game I learned in poker. Most other varieties are a little to busy for my taste, especially Omaha.

    With a group of friends, 5-card stud I believe is the most popular.

    With three cards? Hmm, sounds interesting, but also seems as though it would be difficult to play.
