    Since I broke my ribs and screwed up my back in high school I throw my back out at least twice a year. Don't know if you can get these or not but they help me more than anything.

    oh I'm sure Usain Bolt will do great in the 200. saw his qualifier and at 175 meters he just started jogging and second place was still running hard and Usain still beat him in qualifying!

    They work very well Inuk, constant heat right on the spot that the muscle is spasming. Helps to loosen up the muscle to keep it from cramping.

    You all don't tell who wins the events - no spoilers please.

    sadly didnt see that inuk,hope they show a repeat of it before the final,cant believe that britain have won 16 gold medals,thats brill for such a small country and we are ahead of australia in the medal table lol that makes it even better :D
