Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    I have started training at the gym nearly 7 weeks ago now. I also cage fight so I have had to give up smoking :(. I've never been a drinker, drank for about a year or two (Only really drank Jack Daniels) I have been smoking weed for ages so that was hard to give up!!

    Smoking and jogging a minimum of 6 miles every other morning didn't mix too well lol!

    I slept so hard the phone rang (it's next to my ear by the bed) and I didn't answer it. Only slept of 5.5 hours, though. Needed 8. .... I have 3 consecutive nights off beginning tonight! [​IMG][​IMG] ... I shall be spending some quality time with everyone here this weekend. [​IMG]
