    Rape and costing a team a couple of championships are pretty bad, the fomer is even worse than killing a dog to me. Tyson's crimes are as bad, the only reason I think Kobe might be worse is because Tyson may be legitimately insane and therefore just as bad action-wise but not quite as morally culpable. I can certainly respect an argument that Tyson is worse, though.

    And Bonds doesn't get a pass because "everyone else was doing it". Brian Roberts, Jason Giambi, Gary Sheffield, Jose Canseco, and others also get indicted. But it is a lesser offense than Vick, Tyson, or Kobe (or Ty Cobb, Eddie Cicotte, Pete Rose, etc)

    since you saying its fact that he did rape her ill say its fact that he didnt, if there was any proof it would have gon to trial but it didnt even if he paid her off, there couldnt have been any evidence or she would have gone to trial, theres no reason to argue it because i dont think either of us are going to change our opinion
