Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     Smart card the business gave me, which can be used all around the world, sucks 'majorly', but it is the only one I know of with those capabilities. I even worked sporadically in the philippines, which is a feat unto itself.

    The only thing it is really stable for is uploading, presentations and whatnot.

    Laptop + smart telecommunications card via USB with cell-aligning capabilities = minimal access to internet.

    I don't have a dedicated line because I don't have a permanent residence, yet for whatever reason, the communications card gives me a static-ip.
