That Mila Kunis set from Max Payne looks pretty fucking good, however daft the movie might be.

 

I do actually. It's ok. The pilot was great, then it sort of stumbled for a little bit I thought when they introduced Reese's brother, it started to get really good again.

The episode that takes place in the future was really good.

I'm hoping the show will be much better for the 2nd season

 

That Max Payne movie looks just as shitty as Wanted as well as a rip off of Constantine.

But seeing how I've never played any of the games, I dunno if it's a rip off or not

I mean, i'm going to watch T4 (even though i despise T3 with all my being) mostly because i think Christian Bale might just save this film from the machinations of the grand wizard fuck McG, but i prefer this version of the Terminator 'Verse.
Plus, Lena Headey plays one hot momma. And Garret Dillahunt as Cromartie - awesomely creepy.

And casting for Season 2 - new hot blonde love interest for John and WTF Shirley Manson as a shady villain? Looks interesting.

 

I have some vague notion of the game, but not it's content. So i dl'd the trailer to take a look; Mark Wahlberg, gets a lot of shit but i like his films more than not.
I thought it was about some DEA agent getting revenge for his families murder. Imagine my surprise when it's all demons and angels and shit.

Still, if there's nothing else on and i feel like a day out, i might give it a whirl.

I was going to watch Babylon A.D. this weekend till the director himself said the studio had ripped it to shreds. So, i'll wait for the download of that too.

 

Yeah I was really worried about T4 but after I saw the trailer and read what they're trying to do on the film, I actually have a little hope now.

Shirley Manson plays the head of some shady company that Agent Ellison goes to work for after getting shitcanned for losing an entire FBI SWAT team to Cromartie.

But to be honest I'd rather see Summer in more Serenity movies on dvd than on this show.

'Course, being a true born Browncoat, if i had a choice, i'd take Serenity movies.

But, taking into account summer breaks for Summer and Adam Baldwin off of `Chuck` (very funny turn in that), and Joss from `Dollhouse`....the gears, they be turning.

 

I think in the end though, it's all wishfull thinking. At a Dollhouse event...thingy, Joss was saying that any future Serenity movies are a no-go. They're not happening. He's not working on anything.

Which bites. Cause you're right, Stargate is doing the DVD movie stuff and doing well. I really can't understand how as big of a following that Firefly has, they won't make DVD movies. They would make so much money off of them. And since less money is thrown into the budget, they'd make a bigger profit.

Sure, they wont have as big a budget as the theatrical movie, but who cares. It'll be better than the tv show's budge and all I care about are seeing new stories with these great characters. That's all that matters at the end of the day.
