I had had drinks in the six months just not more than two or three, last night I opened a bottle of scotch and finished it within six hours.

I really wish I had taken it easier last night.

I'm in the land down under. Passed out in the toilet last night and came to to find spew everywhere, all over the walls just everywhere.

 

That's something I'll bet Queen Elizabeth has never said. LOL

I managed to hold down a burger I ate about a hour ago and after that I took some aspirin. Still feel like shit and still feel like I'm going to vomit everywhere again.

Probably another day. Just guessing. Take a hot shower to regulate your body temp, too.

 

I'm guessing you're age 25-32.

Hydrate, and take in plenty of sodium and potassium. Gatorade, or water + food with sodium (which is almost all food) + potassium (bananas, potato skins, lots of other stuff).

That and time are the two things that will make you actually better.

To just _feel_ better, do that and also add caffeine, Advil or Alieve, and very spicy food (capsacum-spicy, like peppers/Thai food, not wasabi/horseradish spicy). Spicy helps release endorphins and kills the headache (and actually kills the upset stomach, too, unless you have ulcers or similar).

For some people heavy excercise helps (sucks immediately but helps when you finish).

Do _not_ take Tylenol/acetomenophin. It is very tough on your liver, and should never be taken when you're drinking or still hung over. Aspirin contributes to upset stomach, but if that's not a problem there's no long-term badness mixing it in. Ibuprofen (Advil/Motrin/etc) and naproxen sodium (Alieve, etc) are the best bets.

Nah I'm 20. Soft drink any good? I've been drinking some water but I've had to pretty much force myself to drink it.

 

The very spicy food thing is legit, too. It sucks to even think about when you're hurting, but if you go for Thai and ask them to make it extra spicy you might suffer through the meal but you'll feel a lot better afterwards. Any hot pepper based spice will work just as well--the capsaicum in the pepper dialates your blood vessels, which helps clear things more quickly and also carries more oxygen to the brain (helps headaches). And it helps you "sweat it out" (which in reality the sweating isn't helping with, but the raised metabolism means the alcohol leaves your system faster).

 

That's what I wanted to say, but hot bath or shower is all that came to mind. LOL
