    It's funny how much bigger this house is than i remember as a child. When my parents bought it from the local authority, it was a standard, three bed, semi-detached. But with the re-done back place, a granny flat for my now deceased paternal grandfather and both a front conservatory and a covered up section of the back garden, it's actually quite the big house. Not a bargain after i `bought` it off my parents for market value, considering the market's gone to shit, but that only bothers you if you're trying to sell. And we don't want to sell. Good family-raising house this one. :wink:
