    you know every now and then i thin it happens to everybody, but i wouldn't classify it as an anxiety attack, but mundane crap would make me feel edgy enough to keep me awake. Once fully awake you rationalize how stupid it is that it would even bother you in the first place.

    you ever get anxiety attacks? like there is a heavey weight on you that you can't get off?

    Maybe i am not explaining it right. i woke up and a dream i had was not a nightmare but when i woke up the thought was really depressing to me. it is hard to explain if you never had it i guess. i thought it is normal for most people to get them occasionally. :p

    ok i am gonna try and head on back to bed. Night
