    you can thank the ACLU for this. God forbid they don't cuff her...then every slimy greasy-assed defense attorney will be crying foul at how their client was cuffed and a celebrity wasn't. For the law to be effective, it must be administered equally and fairly to everyone regardless of status. And you have no idea how many "tame" people will come unglued once the realization of their situation kicks in. Couple that with an inability to make sound decisions under the influence and shit can and will happen...and I just like seeing her all tied up and bound anyway......grin

    Apparently a paparazzi called her in to the cops about her driving and then hung around to take all the pics when she was busted which Im sure they sold for a large sum of money.
