    I think the debate wound up far more convoluted than what we had originally started out arguing. I think we can both agree that what would benefit all of us are some non-affiliated independent politicians that aren't beholden to the party line to give the old line in congress another point of view or a fresh perspective.

    I've been listening to the dems and reps make the same promises and launch the same negative propaganda against one another without actually taking a position of their own, or stating what's good about themselves for so long it's gone beyond tiresome and begun to infuriate me to the point of picking up a rock and bashing the candidates on their heads.

    It seems every 4 years they suddenly think 'the people' are a bunch of morons. Fuck 'em. ;)

    I'm going in tonight. Gonna try and get tomorrow off (Tuesdays are sometimes optional days off) to get new glasses. (My glasses are still duct-taped all over to hold them together.) Have a massive headache from not seeing right.
