    I recieved my papers to ballot a few days ago when I was in Oviedo. Absentee , I believe it is referred to...

    Why it is good news is because my credit and identity is no longer under lock, and my citizenship has been reinstated after an ordeal in unlawful transferrence and the ensuing struggle to right it.

    Yes, absentee is what it's called. My town isn't that big so it's never a big deal for me to vote - i've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes or so.
