    We have a couple of guys who teach MMA. I'm more of a traditionalist, and I'm to old for that shit. I teach self-defense and pressure point application. Local and state police. FBI, DEA and Military. Saturdays are about my regular students, adults and kids (kids are from 4-13 y/o) My oldest is a Black Belt. My youngest only made it to Blue and then decided that she liked to dance instead.

    I've been lazy and haven't updated it in awhile. I basically use it now just to upload music for my friends to listen to. If you're blog is just going to be you writing then it's not hard or even time consuming. Kimbo is going to murder SHamrock tomorrow night.

    Yeah, but not all the time. We hold seminars and special topic classes, and we have a camp once a year. That's when most f them show up. Only a handful participate regularly.
