When I say I have a "labor" job, I may be understating things. LOL! A lot of what I do requires working from my knees on a hard floor. The injury came on a night when I did two jobs: The 1st part was on my feet, running freight to different areas very quickly (remember,they put a stopwatch on our work so we meet our freakin' "computerized goal times"). Lots of starting stopping. ... The 2nd part was stocking freight both high up and at floor level. On one of the floor-level maneuvers I made, I hit the floor too fast and hard and twisted to rearrange stuff. When I got up I felt like an 80 year-old guy with a fake knee joint.

On the bright side, when I get home from work each morning, I know I've earned every cent. No guilt!

 

I won't. I slept til nearly 3 this afternoon.

last week I went to her house to see how she was doing for money and food as her Dad was out for a week.

she answered the door in a tiny tank top and tiny shorts. she wasn't hiding anything, was just out with the door open, urk.

Forgot to tell you: I filed an injury report and went to the company clinic after work at 7 a.m. today. The X-ray didn't show any major damage, thankfully. There's an old joke that explains my visit: "A guy walks into a doctor's office and says 'Doc. it hurts when I do 'this!.'" The doctor says, "Well, don't do 'that!'" The doc told me not to kneel on the hard floor while working. (That's like telling inuk not to climb the steps to get to the top of the tank!) I'll just use a different body position for a while while it heals.

 

Not really. Didn't fall asleep until about 6 in the morning, and then I kept getting woke up by my noisy roommates all morning. :?

 

That sucks dude, hope its nothing too serious, but it wouldnt hurt to get it checked, although honestly i probably wouldnt see a doctor unless i couldnt walk on it at all

 

yeah we are still doing the diesel discharge right now. we have pumped 1 million litres off in 5 hours, should be done in another 20 hours.

 

i cleared the old one and dont know how too put the new one on scribe.i hate that im shite with computers.brb
