    :D i dont like the sauna too much. im a weird finn :) 60 - 70c is the highest temp i can be more that 10 min. peeps usually warm the sauna near 100c :(

    About 65 is ok for about 5-10 min. then i need a beer or something else cooling....
    I once was in a Sauna with a Finn... at 96 he said.. well some more water on the stones ... shit, i ran out ! ;)

    if the injury is bad enough where you can be permanently be disabled you can collect disability from them for the rest of your life. I would advise you not to brush it off as this can come back to haunt you decades from now when your body gets older.
