It's really amayzing. When you go deep sea fishing you can see the fish once it gets about 20 ft from the boat. It's crystal clear. It was fairly warm still, you had to stay in for a bit to get used to it but once you did it was fine.

Probably so. He stays at the driving range/putting green for hours every single day. I'll never quit because of that though - i'm hoping he keeps his drive and is able to get a scholarship. Golf scholarships are easier to get than football, baseball etc..

Yeah man, it was fun - just wished it wou;d've lasted a little longer.

Wouldn't set my sights that high yet but you never know. My first priority is getting some help with college - that shit's very expensive over here.

Right now to a major public college for Tuition and books it's about 20K per year. Smaller colleges aren't quite that bad - but they're bad enough.

College is expensive if you live out of state. I know when i went to a university my tuition was about $1,250 per semester plus books about 500 bucks. That is for a full time student taking 4-5 classes. If you are from out of state or as a transfer student from another country then it is around as much as bama said. That is why if you plan on going to school in california, have your kid claim to live with a relative in that state for a year or so and you can get the discount of being a resident. :p

That was for Clemson University. I just looked at Jacksonville State University which is one of the least exspensive for the state of Alabama. It's tution is $2,028 per semester = $8112 per year. But doesn't include books. The figure was an estimated number of tuition, books, meals, and room and board. But it's the same way in every state - the costs doubles if you go to another state's college rather than your own.

you count food and room and board? heck all my siblings and i stayed home when we went to a university. There are 5 within an hour drive commute ranging from open public university like san jose state to the ultra preppy standford or berkley uni. So food was covered at home by mom and dad, same with room and board. All we paid for was tuition and books. Going throughout all my years at college i probably bought only 40% of the books for every class. I realise most classes if you buy the study guide written by that professor it contains 99% of everything you need to pass the test and exams. :p

I just got an estimated amount from their website. He wanted a ruff estimate - who knows what it'll actually be in 6 years. Like I said before, hopefully he'll continue to improve in golf and I won't have to worry about it. Obviously where he goes to college will depend on whether I have to worry about room, board, and meals.

Pretty much the same as us - without getting technical that is.

community college then 4 year college. that is the cheapest route, and bama when you are ready to send you son off to college let me know. i am no expert but i can probably save you a ton of money depending upon what it is your son/daughter has as a goal.
